Reflecting on the past

A green sea turtle sorrowfully stares at her own reflection in the shoreline reminiscing on better times, when the air smelled sweet, the birds flew free into the sunset and discarded trash wasn't an obstacle on her journey to nesting grounds.

This is a rendition of a poster I made for Earth Day when I was a child that won 2nd place by the Flagler County Art League.
