I researched the origin of Blue Mind and found that an entire book is written about how water, just being near it, effects your mental state. Its absolutely beneficial to your health and happiness!

I've known this my whole life, living on the east coast in Connecticut and Florida, but I have a hard time putting my feelings into words. The best way I can describe it is an incredible sense of peace and that everything in the world is alright in that moment.
